At the end of 2014, Barnoldswick market regulars Harry and Gretta approached us wanting a quick health check of their website. A couple of customers had called the shop in Oxenhope to say their online orders hadn’t gone through – and this just before Christmas, one of the farm’s busiest times.
We gave the site a thorough MOT – including all the bits behind the scenes that make the online shop work – leaving Marsh Top confident that the online meat orders can continue growing in 2015.
After being on hand to help whenever issues cropped up, and pro-actively discussing ways we could improve the site, Marsh Top asked us to care for their site a few months later.
Seeing the number of visitors and orders rise dramatically as a result of the work we’d done, they moved everything across to Craven Digital’s servers in 2016. We’ve since helped them change their online card payment provider (saving quite a bit of brass every month), secured the purchase of their .com domain and continue to improve the search engine optimisation of their online butchers website.
